Ramp training ebooks is a 3 part series that must be implemented in it’s chronological order. Each part must be completed in it’s entirety before moving on to the next part.
Ramp Training System Original– This is a 16 week program, separated by two 8 week training blocks, in addition information about cardiovascular conditioning and nutrition.
This program is for intermediate level of experience.
Ramp Training Volume 1– This is a 24 week program separated by three 8 week training blocks. This program is for advanced level of experience.
Ramp Training Volume 2– This is a 24 week program separated by three 8 week training blocks. This program is for the very advanced level of experience.
